Scope & age requirement

This policy applies to the Agapio mobile application and related services (the “Service”) provided by Agapio Team. Agapio is intended for users aged 17 and older. If you are under 17, do not use the Service.

What Agapio does

Agapio transforms your solo living experience into an art of mindful routines and meaningful habits. Whether you’re tracking daily rituals or recording heartfelt reflections, Agapio is your personal guide to a balanced lifestyle.

  • Daily Ritual Manager: Design your ideal day by organizing activities and setting time for cherished routines.
  • Habit Tracker for Growth: Build better habits with insights, patterns, and milestones.
  • Capture Your Moments: Enrich entries with photos and details to cherish meaningful moments.
  • Embrace Structure and Joy: Turn everyday activities into fulfillment while staying on top of priorities.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

Account information (you provide)
  • Name
  • Username
  • Email address
Information you provide through the Service
  • Profile details (name, username, email)
  • Content you create (routines, entries, notes, reflections, and photos if you add them)
  • Customer support content (messages, attachments, and details you choose to share)
Information collected automatically
  • Device information (device model, OS version, language, time zone, and identifiers where permitted)
  • Usage statistics (feature usage and performance metrics)
  • Crash logs and diagnostic data
Location information (with permission)

If you enable location permissions, we may collect approximate and/or precise location information (depending on your settings).

Cookies & similar technologies

For web-based components (if any), cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) may be used for login, session management, security, and preferences.

Photos & face data

  • No face recognition or biometric identification.
  • No biometric templates (such as faceprints) for identification or authentication.
  • If you choose to use an image-processing feature, processing is one-time for that request and the uploaded image is deleted after processing is completed.
  • Default local storage for photos and entries, unless you choose a feature requiring server-side processing.
  • Photos are not used for training or marketing.

Optional automated/AI-assisted processing (user-controlled)

Some features may optionally process text and/or images to generate outputs (for example, summaries, insights, formatting, or other generated content). If you choose to use such features:

  • Submitted text/images are processed on servers controlled by Agapio Team (our own servers).
  • We do not share the submitted text/images with any third party for processing.
  • We delete submitted text/images immediately after processing is completed. Limited technical logs/metadata that do not include the submitted content may be retained for security and reliability.
  • You decide whether to upload content and whether to keep any generated outputs.

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and operate the Service
  • Personalize your experience (preferences and settings)
  • Improve reliability and performance
  • Protect the Service and users, prevent fraud and abuse
  • Provide customer support
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only when necessary and with the minimum scope:

  • With service providers (processors) under contractual obligations and only to provide the Service
  • For legal reasons (lawful requests, court orders, or compliance)

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

  • Account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (subject to legal/security needs).
  • Usage analytics: retained for up to 12 months.
  • Customer support records: retained for up to 6 months.

Your rights

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.

Disputes & governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes arising out of or relating to this policy or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration. The governing law will be the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
